The design process......and our portfolio

 We usually buy an interesting lot and then design an appropriate development for it. The land usually tells you what to do. We have building crews with whom we have worked  some time.  That  gives us a lot of control over the design and build allowing us to approach each design as "big sculpture". 
On completing the building we live and work in it for a year or so through all seasons. There are always adjustments and changes to make because of the weather
In this time we go ahead and furnish and decorate and start the process of marketing the property using website and digital media  usually including a video.
The forming of a rental business is really important as most clients like to have the option of added income.
Then its on to the next project.....which is a n eco residency in Panajachel.
